MSSQL Database

This article describes how to configure TYPO3 to use a MSSQL database instead of MySQL.

• The first section shows how to create a MSSQL database, prepare its ODBC connection and add MSSQL support to PHP;
• The second section explains how to configure TYPO3 to use a MSSQL database.

The first section is described for Debian Lenny for the PHP part and Microsoft Windows (of course!) for the Microsoft SQL Server part.
